I will never visit this KFC again. I ordered takeout and my Pepsi was flat, so I left it behind. The two smash potato bowls I got were terrible and I threw them away. My daughter-in-law's fries tasted like they were cooked with chemicals. Overall, this KFC is dirty and unappetizing.
Since the departure of the fair-skinned girl with tattoos, I have noticed that the restaurant operates more efficiently and I receive my chicken promptly.
It's unclear why there is so much pressure on the staff to meet the wait time requirement, as manipulating the timer only leads to poor customer service. Perhaps it would be more beneficial for both the staff and customers if everyone was more transparent and worked together to find a solution. My daughter also had a negative experience here, being asked to park and wait for her order, resulting in a nearly 40-minute wait for a 2-piece combo. Despite these issues, the food was fresh and hot, so at least something went right in the end.
My chicken was RAWWWWW and COLD.I can't even begin to understand how they would even serve me a piece of chicken that was literally PINK and **** and SOGGY on the inside. this place needs a health inspection ASAP
THIS PLACE WAS FILTHY AND AT 10:30 AM.... This location should be shut down asap for a deep cleaning.... The sad thing is that people were actually getting food for takeout..
