There was a new Mgr. The only negatives were SNAIL SLOW service and all around the entrance here always smells like homeless ppl camp here and use the pavement for a toilet. Seriously, it's almost enough to make me go somewhere else.

It took approximately 5-10 mins before the drive through line was allowed to move again. Is the location scored on how long a customer is sitting at the window to obtain their order?

Since I couldn't get mayo for my dry sandwiches, I requested extra BBQ sauce, but I was charged for it, despite the fact that they didn't provide all the ingredients I ordered. The cashier didn't give me a receipt either, and the customer service was incredibly lacking. The manager on duty came over but didn't seem to care about what was happening. This was my first visit to this location, and after this experience, I will not be returning. No way!

I got... read more I ordered 2 $20 fill up boxes. I was only given 1 box of 4 pieces of chick and 2 boxes of nuggets and fries. I also ordered 1 #1 all white meat in baked. I got a thigh and drumb stick. And what the hell were these shriveled up hard hocky pucks they called biscuits?

They were out of crispy chicken and when trying to get diet Pepsi it sprayed all over my sister as the nozzle flew off. We told employees about it but no one fixed it while we were there. We were the only customers there so they had plenty of time to clean and fix things. No salt on the tables too. And the napkin dispensers were a mess. One even popped open all over the table. I will never come here again and hoping I don't wake up with food poisoning. Oh and I had the KFC Bowl. It was ok at best but not like other KFC'S I've eaten at. The corn in it was tough and the chicken had little flavo
