Excellent. Some of the most delicious, authentic ramen I've had. Amazing service and atmosphere. I can't wait to return!

Every single part of my experience at this restaurant was awesome. The decor inside is very beautiful, lots of options on the menu and the food was amazing. Karema was our server and she was very nice and friendly. She was attentive too and made sure me and my friend had everything we needed. I haven’t had ramen in so long and I was happy to visit Kami Ramen because the ramen was DELICIOUS. I felt like a nap afterwards it was so good! The pork gyoza was fried fresh and perfect too. Green tea was on point. 5 stars all around! Thanks again to Karema as well she made our visit even more pleasant ??-Tina

This is my first time to try a Japanese Ramen and this place is AMAZING!!! I ordered a slurp up cilantro and steam dumplings, the food was done within 3 mins!!! Also the food is soooo good! I’ll definitely come back!

Horrible customer service. I ordered online and accidentally chose the Poplar location (east Memphis) instead of poplar location (collierville). I immediately called the store within 45-90s of receiving the order confirmation. The woman informed me that they would not refund the money nor would they transfer the order to their collierville location NOR would she provide a voucher to their location to be picked up at a later date. She insisted they were already making my order which would be all but impossible within 45s of me submitting the online order. The overt dishonesty is bothersome. I frequent the collierville location and have had zero issues- kind and courteous staff (and excellent food). Perhaps the east Memphis location could take some notes from them.
