What User doesn't like about Joe's Crab Shack Horizon Center:
When the waiter brought our food, she mentioned, "We’re trying to get people out of here; we close at 9:00 p.m." This was around 8:40 when she said it, so not only were we served bland food, but we also felt rushed to eat it! I had never been to a Joe's Crab Shack before and while passing through decided to give this one a try. As it's been across the board, Joe's is hiring for pretty much all positions. They are limiting seating to help the servers not get too overwelmed. We were sat pretty quickly. However, it did take a bit to get our food. Our waitress, Angela was busy running and getting all her tables taken care of. I'm sure the cooks are overwelmed as well. Once we received our food..It was hot and delicious. I was very impressed with the way everything tasted. And my husband was impressed that I finished my meal. I would recommend this Joe's. Even short staffed, they worked hard to make sure everyone was taken care of. Afterwards we were able to reward the kiddos with time on the playground that they have on site! It was great!
Takeout turned out to be very good. I got 2 appetizers and a drink from the bar. The service was very professional and fast. Once I got back to my hotel I found all of the food to be very good.
