Contribute FeedbackImagine Vegan Cafe in Memphis offers a casual culinary experience with a menu dominated by mock meat and cheese. While some have found the prices to be a bit high, others rave about the generous portions and delicious flavors of dishes like the chicken and waffles, buffalo chicken sandwich, beyond burger, and Mac and cheese. The staff is consistently praised for being friendly and the service efficient. The restaurant also caters well to gluten-free diets, although some have found the gluten-free desserts to be lacking in texture. Overall, Imagine Vegan Cafe is a fantastic option for vegan comfort food with a diverse menu that has something for everyone.
Recently I visited here during my last trip to memphis. I found the waiting staff friendly and helpful. I had the chicken tsarties that I found to taste pretty close as I taste at the real things like. I also had the bbq platter I found very good. quite exactly how I remember the real thing. I would recommend that. I followed all this with a chocolate shake that was also very good. this caffe was very good. the menu seems strongly lean on fake meat products, so if they are looking for fresh products and/or soy free meal, their options are a little limited. I also found the prices a little high, but not too bad. more expensive than fast eating, but close to what I would expect for a sitting cafe setting.
I was through memphis and tried this place on a laune. I'm very glad I did. it was so delicious and I ate so much that I gloomy. everything is vegan, which is a plus. I had a milkshake, Bbq sandwich, pommes, cheese sticks and drilling. I'll eat right here when I'm in town. as a bonus there is a fantastic record store and a comic shop close to.
Many options for vegan missing omnivore diet! very friendly service in a relaxed atmosphere. breakfast and lunch with many fresh full and single dishes. their intention is obvious to feed them without mord (not necessarily the healthiest on the planet). we will be happy and thank you! updated by previous review on 2022-08-27
I'll occasionally introduce myself. it presents itself as a casual culinary experience, but it is overpriced and uses little in the way of life. mock meat and cheese dominate the menu.
Great menu and the prices are not bad. I'm not really with the rustic ambiance but it is what it is. They will make you hurt yourself with their desserts. They put them right in front of you where you order. My post pandemic visit to Memphis found this restaurant reopened. I ordered the chicken and waffle which was delicious came back and ordered it again. But I had also ordered desserts and was very disappointed. The strawberry shortcake didn't have cake crumbs instead and the banana pudding didn't have cookies. That didn't work for me. And to top things off the server I had left a lot to be desired. Okay, went back again for the chicken and waffles. This time I looked at the ingredients for the syrup and there's high fructose corn syrup in it. So I opp for the jam...same thing. I was told the owner said their reason for the restaurant wasn't health but animal cruelty. This makes me question all ingredients used here because I'm into health as well as animal cruelty. The hefty fifteen percent takeout charge seems much to me. Updated from previous review on 2022-07-03
