However, my second, third, and fourth visits were disappointing... read more I visit this restaurant occasionally, and I have to say that my first experience was quite good. However, my second, third, and fourth visits were disappointing. The fish lacked seasoning, and the fries weren't up to par during those visits. Additionally, the fish was old and undercooked on my last two trips. They need to improve their quality; otherwise, this place may not last long. No offense intended.

They’re serving artificial catfish, and I ended up spending $30 for a meal that wasn’t what I expected. The girl at the window told me not to call her “ma'am” because she’s only 15, and I really think she should reconsider working there unless they’re paying her at least $15 an hour to mislead customers who work hard for their money. They’re raking in huge profits off of fake catfish prices. I don’t eat chicken, beef, pork, or poultry, and now it looks like I’ll have to add fish to that list because of dishonest practices like this. All I can say is this experience was a complete letdown!

I think she said her name started with a T, I couldn’t remember the not so common name but I will not be coming back because of her. She asked if she could help me and I told her that I am picking up my online order, she just walked away from the cashier and went outside. I asked the cook if he knew what happened but she came back to yelled ITS NOT READY YET. Hell she was supposed to tell me that before walking off. How was we supposed to know ???with her bad customer service having a . Then she was throwing my condiments in the bag. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or mentally unstable but I will not return until she is no longer employed. People are crazy as h ll now days. The food wasn’t even good to have gone through hell getting it. I purchased the four piece wings and it looked like a kids meal.
