Exlines Best Pizza in Town - Memphis

As soon as I came in to pick up my order. I saw three types leaning with the lid on my pizza. it looked as if one of them had cost a bit of meat from my pizza, and when I asked why we all lean over my pizza, without hair net, replied the dame on the theke; they try to find out which half is bark and sausage?. I was restless? I should have asked for a refund because that gave me bad moods. unnecessary to say later in the night I felt like I had food poisoning and remained the toilet all night visiting.

ABSOLUTELY the best pizza made here. The staff is awesome. I love this place

I make it a point to stop in and see the hard workers atleast once if not twice a week and to load up on the homemade spaghetti The food is always incredible and definitely worth the stop!! I can't speak highly enough for the staff and especially Heaven who constantly goes out of her way to ensure a great experience!!

I hate to make this negative review but it has to be done. I have always loved this place since moving to Bartlett 12 yrs ago. Tonight was very disappointing. The waitress was the only one waiting on the entire restaurant. She did the best she could. But the food was terrible! An hour wait on cheese sticks. An hour and a half for a pizza that was under cooked and wings that were over cooked. There also was another waitress that I'm not sure what her job was but she was just walking around aimlessly doing nothing to help ANYONE! She brought our pizza to the table because someone said something to her about it sitting in the window too long. When she delivered it she just dropped it on the table and walked off. I get that the place may be under staffed because of covid but no excuse for such a crummy outting.

Service was great. Loved the pizza. Toppings are plentiful!!! Not like Nashville, where you can count what you have on each slice
