The service was quick and the food was hot! The salsa was delicious and the carrots were excellent. However, they were out of limes. The corn tortilla on the street tacos was great and they did not get soggy quickly. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Elena's Taco Shop:
I ordered the burrito combos with shrimp, surf and turf, and all the options were disappointing. The meat was very dry and hard to chew, and the surf and turf burrito only had soggy fried shrimp, tough steak, and dry rice with no pico, salad, guacamole, or sauce. It was a total waste of $50, and even the Mountain Dew was flat. I definitely will not be returning to this restaurant. View all feedback.
This evaluation is based exclusively on the current dining room conditions. they had “the best” authentic Mexican tacos in memphis. the people shaved around their fresh salsa bar. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the area was closed and it was only going through. dez 2021, the local health department has no prohibitions on indoor eating, masks are currently “recommended”, possibly still need some remaining operating changes (sneeze glass, etc. was really on eating there, but not their food in my vehicle. can not enjoy fresh authentic food and salsa bar from a takeout window (in my opinion after)
Passed by here. It's next to Best Western Galleria Inn. Didn't enter. Looks like a large restaurant. With a drive -thru.
The food is good but they have not supplied the sauce that goes with my burritos and last 2 visit they mixed up my street tacos, from chicken to steak. Will try another taco shop
I loved every bite! The portions were nice sized. I will be back soon!
Friend brought me here while visiting Memphis. Delicious tacos and warm, friendly atmosphere!
