What User doesn't like about Elemento Neapolitan Pizza:
The service was acceptable, and the decor and atmosphere were nice, but the pizza was quite disappointing. All the toppings slid off easily, resulting in a soggy, chewy crust that was underwhelming. The pineapple—save your opinions—seemed to have been frozen at some point and barely resembled fresh fruit. The cheese was okay, but the crust tasted like plain toasted bread; it lacked any seasoning, such as garlic, butt... View all feedback.
This is an incredible pizzeria. It serves the most authentic Italian pizza I have had outside of Italy. The slightly charred edges and the light wood charcoal on the bottom contribute to the rich flavor profile typical of the best wood-fired pizzerias in Naples. The ingredients are fresh, and they use the finest tomatoes for the sauce—San Marzano. The sauce has the perfect light consistency. If you're looking for thick, sugary sauce, a cardboard crust, and an excessive amount of toppings, then you might as well stick with Pizza Hut and Domino's. But if you want a true Italian pizza experience, you won't find a better place than this.
The food here is fantastic! My favorite pizzas are the Margherita and the Quattro Formaggi. The mozzarella on the Margherita was truly out of this world! The atmosphere is a charming blend of rustic and modern vibes. The staff was attentive and polite as well. I highly recommend this place!

They enjoy the atmosphere and the pizza. I would like the crust to be firmer and not more flimsy, but either or the pizza was delicious. I ordered double-huh and it was hardly one on the pizza, but it was just a dollar, so maybe it was normal. I will definitely try other pizzas tho
