The food was good and the service was good, but we couldn't stand the noise. Even though we were seated in a quieter area, the bass speaker kept rumbling and buzzing and thumping. We ate our food and left as quickly as possible. View all feedback. What Mario T likes about El Toro Loco:
The drinks at this location was very good,well worth the trip.I will definitely be back at this location because the other location on Poplar was disappointing. Go to Kirby and Quince you won't be disappointed. View all feedback.
