What George M doesn't like about East End Grill:
Food was good but like every other restaurant, prices have gone up. 1 order of mushrooms, 2 salads, 2 sandwiches, 2 unsweetened iced teas. Over $60.00. I didn't see the $8.50 Service Fee until I had already left a generous tip. Spent about the same eating at Carabas Grille and had a much better meal. Sorry. View all feedback.
The chicken bacon panini was great. My friend loves the chicken Alfredo. I can’t wait to try that next time.

These guys are always friendly. Food is on point and the atmosphere is cozy but fun.

Visited on a Monday during lunch. It was busy but the service was great. The signature burger was delicious.
