Was Linda Michelsen at Don's a mag?
Their cheeseburger was good and huge. The service was also good. He checked on us, but not so much we couldn’t talk. We enjoyed ourselves and lingered over our drinks. What Adam W dislikes about Don's:
Great place to have a beer in the summer while camping at the nearby Memphis Lake. One night a week is Taco night ask for boiled shells SO GOOD. Good bar food in one of the tiniest towns in Nebraska. Although Don isn't there anymore, it has a great history as a biker bar/stop along the road. Check it out. View all feedback.

Cold beer and rustic atmosphere. The food was good and there were 14 of us so took a while to get our food. They accommodated us since we were a large group. Definitely would go back again.
