The Food is always fresh they give you more than you can eat and the shake machine are working and ohh so delicious. They are pricey so don't expect to eat their everyday, this is a place where you go only for your self love day by yourself and chill in the car?

Though customer service is never a strength but you might get luck and get good customer service at the drive thru. Overall, food is top notch at this location.

A week later, I d... read more The first time I had Dixie Queen a friend ordered it off DoorDash so I didn 't get the full experience that people have been warning me about. A week later, I decided to try the one off Shelby. I was in line for well over 35 minutes. When I got to the window, I realized why. They use the very first computer for their transactions ???just kidding but in all seriousness, they could come up with a new system to crank people out a little bit faster. Anywho, I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger, 6 piece hot lemon pepper sprinkle, and a large cheese fry. My food was fresh and bomb! I plan to try a milkshake the next time.
