What Teresa H likes about Corky's Ribs Bbq:
Great food and a fun atmosphere. Staff was very friendly. If I could say one thing negative it would be the lack of parking. This is a popular bbq restaurant and you would think they would have a bigger parking lot. View all feedback. What K King doesn't like about Corky's Ribs Bbq:
I've been buying the smoked salad garden salad for a while. The price has increased, and the quality has decreased. They're using an iceberg lettuce mix and the ranch dressing is watered down. ???? Look at it. It cost $15 plus some change. In my opinion, it is not worth the money. Go elsewhere for a chicken salad, unless you have money to give away. I won't buy this again, at least not at this location. View all feedback.

The dry rubbed ribs receive high praise, with some asserting they are the best they've ever had. Sides like potato salad and macaroni and cheese are well-loved, and the sauce is also a standout. Overall, if you're in Memphis and craving barbecue, Corky's Ribs & BBQ is a recommended spot.
