Church's Texas Chicken - Memphis

Church’s chicken at Elvis Presley blvd and fornia in Memphis should be closed down. I wanted in line for 35 minutes before I pulled off without anyone acknowledging what was going on. This is not the first time this has happened. Went once before and was told they were out of chicken! There is no professionalism, courtesy, commitment, positive customer service at that store.Please contact me for further negative comments. Sorry no good comments. Additional training in customer service is needed ASAP.

Service sucks that almost taken an hour to go through the line. And I cannot understand how a business like this can stay operational If they cannot serve their customers in a timely manner. As with any business to more customers you can serve the more profit you can make. What I was Seeing was some kids goofing off Visiting with her friends.

I was very disappointed when looking on the goggle i saw a special that said it was at Elvis Presley location but come to find out that they don't keep up to date. The workers ridiculed me over the speaker unprofessional. I would have purchased something else if they hadn't made me feel do bad. I guess cause I'm old 70 years old and don't know computers the young bucks can talk to me any kind of way. I'll forgive them but will never forget that experience. I will continue to dine at Church's every 1st parts of the month. Thanks again. Robert Rodgers.

Now with churches take Texas Chicken I am a fan but I will be honest on a couple occasions I went in there and it seemed like somebody threw away the recipe but I will say I have been more satisfied then less satisfied in the different times that I've been there and I go at least once to twice a week. The only thing you have to deal with if you going to the one on Elvis Presley is heavy traffic a long line name the chicken is good it really is it is really good all all that items that I have tried I have not been disappointed as of yet but ordering on delivery might be a different thing from time to time when you're all on delivery you are at the mercy of someone that cannot see you face to face.Parking: The church is about 10 on Elvis Presley the parking is real limited the drive-thru is way too small for the amount of traffic that comes through there but people look at it that is worth it so we don't mind trying to park in other parking lots or staying in a long line for their chicken .
