Church's Texas Chicken - Memphis

I waited in the drive thru for 6 mins no answer, parked went inside an employee with the drive thru headset on her cell phone arguing and eating. Another worker finally took my order. Only to find out later I didn't get what I paid for and my chicken wasn't done. Won't be back there. Dining room dirty parking lot dirty. Yuck

The new shrimp and tender combo would have been OK except the shrimp wasn't done????. There was raw batter with the shrimp and the tenders was over cooked! Let's try and get this resolved because I love shrimp ????. Thank you .

Service slow, never on time. Building opens up a hour and a half later! Never I mean never have spicy except once a WK for about an hr. Cashier's not people friendly! It's best to drive all the way to park Ave churches than the one on airways! At least the one on park is very well mannered, respectful, clean and people ready!

Pick up food for my great uncle here recently once a week and this is a better location than most. Manager and staff is always friendly and warm. I literally give somebody there a compliment every visit. Never a long wait no matter what time of the day i go.

The biscuits is the best but the rest of the food I wouldn't order it. Plus the services was horrible.
