The burger I got was cold, and I've noticed that Checkers has altered their burger patties. The texture was too soft, almost slimy, and the meat lacked seasoning. Although there were two lines, it wasn't clear that only one was actually open, which was frustrating.
I ordered takeout—chicken wings and fries. The food was delicious, and the portion size was more than adequate.
When I experience poor service at a restaurant, I usually take some time before returning. In this case, I realize I should have waited a little longer. If being friendly isn’t part of your work ethic, perhaps you should consider a different job. I won't be going back here again. The food, however, was rated 4 out of 5.
I went to this restaurant around midnight, and even though they claimed to be open, they only had two spicy chicken patties and five beef patties left. To make matters worse, the sodas were flat! I wouldn't recommend this place for a late-night meal.
Fast food has changed quite a lot since the COVID pandemic, but our delivery driver truly stood out. She was very attentive to our orders and made sure everything was perfect. I really appreciated her service, so I decided to give her a $5 tip along with two shots of my Crown Royal as a gesture of gratitude!
