And it may have been 4 or 5... read more Sat in drive-thru for over an hour!! Why? I have no clue what compelled me to do so, guess I just felt I was too far in to back out. And it may have been 4 or 5 cars ahead of me. And if it took me this long to get my food, rest assured those behind me didas well. And as time of typing this, I haven't gotten my food ???? First time going to this location but I will be very hesitantto return sadly. After an hour and a half, I left! Edit: just in case it's not fully apparent, I never got my food. FiguredI'd spent enough gas and time, that's more than what I would have paid.

The service was very slow and I sta... read more I ordered a 4 piece Country-Style Fish with 2 sides (fried okra, and green beans) at 9:15PM is when I stopped at CaptainD's. The service was very slow and I stayed in the line almost an hour. This is what my fish looked like when I opened it up. This isthe first time this has happened with this particular Captain D's restaurant. They're normally good, but on this day they wasn'tso good. This was June 14th 2022 at 9:15PM. I left the restaurant after 10pm because the drive thru line was very long.

With only 4 or 5 c... read more I waited in the drive-thru at Captain D's for over an hour! Honestly, I don’t know why I stuck around, but I felt too committed to turn back. With only 4 or 5 cars ahead of me, I thought it would be a quick trip. If it took this long for me to get my food, I can only imagine how long the people behind me had to wait. As I write this, I still haven't received my order. This was my first time at this location, and unfortunately, I’m now very hesitant to return. After an hour and a half, I finally gave up and left without my food. To clarify, I never got my meal. I realized I spent more on gas and time than what the menu would have cost me.
