I love Captain D's so much that I don't mind waiting knowing that they cook good to order so it kinda takes a minute or two, but this time the line moved steadily. When I got my food if course it was so hot and fresh from the shrimp to the okra, nothing was overcooked or undercooked. I hate that there's not that many in the city cause it is good food. What Oren Zulauf doesn't like about Captain D's:
Sat in drive-thru for over an hour!! Why? I have no clue what compelled me to do so, guess I just felt I was too far in to back out. And it may have been 4 or 5 cars ahead of me. And if it took me this long to get my food, rest assured those behind me did as well. And as time of typing this, I haven't gotten my food ? We waited over 50 minutes in the drive thru for a online pickup. By the time we got our food it was not that good. My shells tasted old and so did my fish. The chicken strips are small. Forgot some condiments that we ordered.
Older lady manages the store and is great service,never mess up orders, clean environment, fast, nice and convenient
The mngr on duty that night was very pleasant, cordial and customer satisfaction oriented. He made sure each customer had exactly what they ordered. Clean,well lit. Food hot and fresh.
I didn't receive my complete order several items were left off my order they put me on hold a long time and the phone line in now busy.Food: 3/5
I made an online order today and I have never been so disappointed With Captain D's . My fish sandwiches looked like they were just throng together and each one should only had one half bun . I make online orders there often I'm not sure if I make any more orders there on hack's cross.
