The mngr on duty that night was very pleasant, cordial and customer satisfaction oriented. He made sure each customer had exactly what they ordered. Clean,well lit. Food hot and fresh.
I didn't receive my complete order several items were left off my order they put me on hold a long time and the phone line in now busy.Food: 3/5
I made an online order today and I have never been so disappointed With Captain D's . My fish sandwiches looked like they were just throng together and each one should only had one half bun . I make online orders there often I'm not sure if I make any more orders there on hack's cross.

Sat in drive-thru for over an hour!! Why? I have no clue what compelled me to do so, guess I just felt I was too far in to back out. And it may have been 4 or 5 cars ahead of me. And if it took me this long to get my food, rest assured those behind me didas well. And as time of typing this, I haven't gotten my food ???? First time going to this location but I will be very hesitantto return sadly. After an hour and a half, I left! Edit: just in case it's not fully apparent, I never got my food. FiguredI'd spent enough gas and time, that's more than what I would have paid.
