Initially seated at a table at the kitchen pick up window. Interesting to watch the kitchen in action, but too noisy. It was a temporary place while we waited for our reservation table to turn. Moved to table when it cleared. The food never disappoints. The service just so so this time. He was friendly but was also visiting with customers at the bar. Waiter was also the bartender? Enjoyed our dinner and the ambiance of the place. Like being in a lively bistro in provincial France. One of my favorite places in Memphis. You can spend a lot of money but you don’t have to to have an interesting meal. The salad nicoise was excellent as was the crab cake appetizer. They have a very good wine list as well

Even though the waiter admitted it was there most popular dish the management refuses to put it back on the menu. My wife usually got the fish of the day. Saturdays fish of the day was scallops for it wasn't shellfish of the day. The staff did not seem to like what they were doing, they seemed unhappy about something. I finally ended up with the Seafood crepe, there was too much of the overly thickened sauce which completely drowned out the crepe. I write this review not because I am angry with the restaurant but because I loved the I use to go to and something, I don't know what, has changed (typically with this kind of fall it is the new management, but I don't know if the management has changed). I'm not sure how I will know it is worth it to go back
