Bounty on Broad
Description
The restaurant received mixed reviews, with some detailing long wait times, subpar service, and overpriced dishes. Despite these negatives, other reviewers praised the unique family-style dining concept, delicious food, and attentive service. The portions were large and designed for sharing, with the cocktails receiving high praise. Overall, the restaurant seems to have potential for a great dining experience, but inconsistencies in service and food quality may need to be addressed.

We celebrated a birthday at Bounty on Friday night and it was wonderful. The staff and our waitress, Sara were professional, courteous and did a tremendous job of keeping our large and demanding group very happy. The food was excellent, especially thepork shank, Ribeye steak, and the roasted Octopus. Appetizers were tremendous especially the wings and fried oysters. We lovedthe sides too(brussle sprouts, cheese grits, and root vegetables.. Thanks for a great night!
This fine dining gives you a fine dining experience (food service) without being over the top/traditional fine dining experience. They don’t dazzle you with their decor/grandeur but with their food and service. It’s a bit more expensive thansome of the other restaurants in this class, but their food will never let you second guess your choice to visit this place!
Close but so far, much better meals for the money in Memphis. They have two main flaws: none of the skin was crispy and the sauce isn 't thick enough to stick. The chicken wings had a good sauce and compliments, but the skin was rubbery and we had tocut it off the bone. The chicken had the same issue as did the duck. The petite root veggies were a carrot and a radish. Theduck had a good sauce, but it all went to the bottom and the noodles were so dry. Similar with the chicken, sauce didn 't stickto the corn. The drinks were good, Tiko our server was good. Other than that, disappointment.
First time diner, always heard really good things about this place and maybe those times have passed. I can forgive and tolerate a restaurant being short staffed especially during these times, and a lot can be forgiven if the food is fabulous. Unfortunatelyit was not. Maybe this was just the brunch menu, but all 4 people in our party agreed it was just “Okay” and for me, Iwon’t be back, especially at the elevated price of the food.
Wonderful atmosphere. Wonderful food. Scottie was so helpful and a delight to converse with. The steak is tender. The pork shank….WHEW! When I put the knife to the shank, the meat took off running it was so tender. The gouda grits were delicious andthe collard greens seasoned like my mama’s. Definitely a new spot for me. My compliments to Chef Alex.
