The order was placed on the table a... read more We ordered the fried cheese curds with honey siracha sauce. Asked for a little ranch as well since my wife doesn’t do spicy. The order was placed on the table and then we were told there was no honey siracha sauce so they gave us chipotle ranch. Disappointed. Did not work with the cheese curds. Ordered a wedge salad and the pork chop. My daughter ordered salmon with baby carrots and other veggies. Wedge salad came out and we were then told they had no blue cheese. Salad was a bust. Pork chop was awesome. Salmon was average. Baby carrots were raw carrot sticks and the other veggie was limp broccoli. Uninspired to say the least. Place needs to step up their game.

Shannon was super friendly, provided great service and made us laugh. Our son lives in Memphis and next time we visit, we will definitely visit Blue Restaurant again!
