This was my first trip to a Benihana (although I 'd been to similar restaurants before). The staff was exceptionally friendly, and our table 's chef was not only quite talented with all of the juggling involved but was a very good showman as well. He kept us laughing through most of the meal. The teriyaki steak was fantastic as was the chicken fried rice, and the soup was excellent. The only thing I was a bit skeptic... View all feedback.

Just close this location and save the face of Benihana's name in other cities and states. It was the worst experience I have ever had there. Damn near ran my blood pressure up to stroke level. View all feedback.
I was a little skeptical about this place after seeing all the negative reviews but we decide to go for my birthday anyway. This place was amazing! Our waitresses was wonderful, the chief was amazing (Donta)and the food was outstanding! We had a great night and now my mom want to go back for her birthday! Five stars is not enough to rate this place!!! Wonderful experience!!!!!!!
The food was good as always! But the waitress was a little rude with removing plates and drinks without asking if we were through.. And still got a tip though
My family visited Benihana's Memphis sushi bar last night. We had excellent service and all sushi was prepared to perfection. Happy hour is from 5-7. They also have a happy hour sushi menu...we recommend! Thank you Neal Heaslett.
It service wasn’t that great for that price. I heard it was an up scale restaurant but terribly wrong. The food was just ok
I arrived at reservation was they made me come back at exactly My waitress didn’t not know anything about the menu she took our drink orders but it was not put in until We got our drinks at Cool came to the table rushed cooking our food then we were rushed to eat because they close at I will never go back mgmt was rude the whole time. It was my birthday btw
