Now craft BBQ is special and is not mass produced commercialized BBQ. So if you get there too late then you may not have a full menu to choose from. But!! If you do get there before they sell out get ready for some amazing BBQ!! This place style of BBQ will take over the Memphis BBQ scene and will put those other places that are just in it for a quick buck out of business. Just go try it, you won't be disappointed!! Also the Pit Master is a super great dude!!

A complete letdown. We came from Seattle and heard about this place and planned to attend 2 days in advance. When we got there we waited almost 30 mins in line... read more A complete letdown. We came from Seattle and heard about this place and planned to attend 2 days in advance. When we got there we waited almost 30 mins in line to order two Texas trinity meals $130) for them to tell us they were out of ribs and only had 4 bones and that we’d have to wait over an hour. Instead of being hospitable and accommodating us, they insisted on selling the last 4 bones as a meal, and putting in an online order for later. We put in the order and came back and they STILL ran out of Mac and cheese. They didn’t hold the food or put it aside even though we ordered ahead. They waited until we came back to tell us they were out. Okay food but I’ve had better service from an inner city Popeyes Chicken.

Buckle up and get ready for the best ribs of your LIFE! My dad raises, and prepares every aspect of the pig and cow. I have had ribs all over the world. Bain’s has THEE best ribs. The brisket, Mac n cheese, coleslaw, baked beans and bacon wrapped stuffed jalapeño were all delightful! Whatever Heather tells you to get, get it! I have a new taste memory that I will never forget and will make sure I get back to asap! 5 stars, 10/10, out that on everything, finger lickin’ good!!!
