It is like they want to be on their way home, at closing time. They shut down an hour early about 2 out of 3 times I'm there late. The manager that worksdays is awesome there are a couple of young guys that with the evening that are awesome too. But then there is Methany andSheroin that work the later shift, you can tell they haven't had food in some time and they definitely don't know what good foodis anymore. I usually pass by when they are working that's if it's not been closed early

No fountain dr... read more Definitely worst Arby's we've ever been to. Food tasted awful. Forgot our fries, so went back to get them they were so overcooked we tossed them. No fountain drinks due to a boil water advisory, so instead they're grabbing room temperature 12 ozcans out of boxes. Employees somewhat friendly, but definitely appear confused overwhelmed at serving customers.

After 20 minutes, I went inside, and a y... read more I waited a long time in the drive-thru even though I was the only customer and was eventually told to pull to the side. After 20 minutes, I went inside, and a young man handed me my food. If I wanted to come inside, I wouldn’t have used the drive-thru. It took 45 minutes to get one sandwich, and I was on my way to the doctor, needing food urgently. This is unacceptable. This place either needs to improve or shut down.

The young man assured me it would be fresh, but I saw a woman in the back with greasy, soiled gloves grab an old chicken tender from the fry station along with the fries, which were all broken. My sandwich bread was stale and over-microwaved. Very disappointing service.
