Our confirmed reservation was canceled without any notification via email or phone, due to an issue with the card on file. The staff I've encountered have been, at best, indifferent, and at worst, outright rude. Their lack of customer care and competence put our family at risk, and they offered no assistance in finding alternative accommodations, which ultimately forced us to drive home in a sleet and snowstorm. I strongly advise booking here at your own risk!

Please stop posting reviews that are clearly sponsored. There's nothing remarkable about the frozen, reheated breakfast and dinner offerings; they should be free in this restaurant.

I felt a bit anxious about what I read, but my overall experience turned out to be really pleasant! The friendly staff welcomed us at 1:30 a.m., and our room was nice and clean. The thermostat was set to a perfect temperature when we arrived. We had a lovely night and would definitely stay here again!

We had to throw so... read more The worst Experience Ever! Do not stay, bedbugs issue! Me and my wife stayed in the hotel for two nights, my wife found 30 more spots on her. We had to throw some of the cloth away and completely clean everything. I contacted the hotel 3 times in 3 days but only received an email from hotel management after contacting IHG customer care. They then following sent me an email have an inspection check sheet from a local company, the inspector was in an out hotel in 50 mins, and the inspector checked 2 rooms, YES, TWO ROOMS. That means at least they have another room having bedbugs issue. The inspector probably only spends 20 mins top each room. if you look at the information online, the inspector should at least leave a sticky pad around and bed legs and come back to check again, and none of this happened. Worst hotel ever, do not stay unless you want to bring bedbugs to your own home!
