Javier had exceptional customer service skills which is why I am coming back otherwise I would not return. He constantly asked if I was okay, checked on me, took my order, made my drink, and act like I existed when no one else did. So for his exceptional customer service skills only/solely I will be a returning customer it is his same customer service skills that saved corporate a complaint. View all feedback.

We ordered the carne asada plate and added shrimp, and hubby ordered the Toro loco . To start the service was top tier Javier was our waiter and he is so attentive we loved him. The wait time on our food was decent, like it came out pretty fast. Now, on the food, I honestly feel like the meat is marinaded. The service was pretty terrible. Once we sat down, it took at least 20 min for then to take our order(and that's not an exaggeration). Once our order was taken, it took what seemed like another 20 min before receiving it. The drinks were slightly mediocre, the food looked like it had been sitting for awhile prior to being served. Would not recommend this place.

It would have been a good dinner. The server we had was too busy entertaining her boyfriend instead of taking care of her customers. He didn't have enough sense to leave and let her work. He would just fellow her around the restaurant, talking to her about nothing.
