We arrived for our reservation only to wait an additional 45 minutes beyond our scheduled time. Gaining entry felt like a struggle, as we had to plead with the bouncer to let us in. The hosts were unprofessional, with one even snapping at us twice, saying, I told y 'all you can go to the table, didn’t I? Why are y 'all standing here? This was after we had been instructed to wait, and we were simply trying to confirm our next steps, as it 's customary to be escorted to your table. We raised our concerns with the manager, who appeared to listen but ultimately did nothing to address the situation. When the food finally arrived, it was underwhelming. The lemon drops were good, but the Cajun pasta lacked flavor—I barely ate it, though I didn 't bother to complain further given the lack of attentiveness from the management earlier. I found the wings to be decent, but two people in my group found them soggy after requesting them to be fried hard. Overall, I wouldn 't recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a sit-down meal. It might be better suited for those seeking a club-like atmosphere.

Keke made our experience great. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy after being displeased by a few things out of her control.

I'll be back when I visit Memphis again!! A lot of places don't understand how much the bartender sets the vibe, along with good food.

The music was so loud that it gave me a headache. There were people smoking inside (which as a Californian) is so gross. We sat there for 15 min and there was no sign of our server, we hadn't even been met by the server yet, so we decided to leave and try somewhere else. If it took that long for our server to even get to us we figured the food would take upwards of 45 min.
