Blackstone Steakhouse - Melville

I had many great nights here, but tonight I was so rudely greeted by a girl with cat-eye on what I went.

Haven 't been here in a while so was looking forward to it. Unfortunately it was disappointing. Food was just ok nothing stood out except the price! Ridiculously high priced and quality was mediocre. Service usually very good but twice the servers asked us for something in which we replied yes and never received! But guess what was on the bill!? Not too mention the larger parties in our area got all the attention while my party of 3 waited and waited. Patrons on a Sunday night were just rude and low class. What happened to the business and well to do patrons??

Had dinner at Blackstone Steakhouse last night, the filet mignon was served cold and came out like a brick. There were no juices no flavour and just a huge disappointment. It took a long time to get the waiter to attend to the issue and finally they brought out a replacement Rib Eye, which had more juice and texture however the amount of fat was enormous. We were a party of 10 the bill was $1400.00 including tip. We highly recommend checking other steakhouses before making your special night at Blackstone you might be disappointed and wind up costing you a top shelf steakhouse price at the end of your evening. Amazing how this place has changed, and the quality of their steaks have been getting cheaper and moves to the lower quality steakhouses on Long Island!! Be aware before you book your next event, you maybe very disappointed as well as so many others lately!!!!

A wonderful restaurant with great food and service. Blackstone salad was amazing as well as the Filet and cream spinach!
