I ordered a single cheese pizza over the phone. I showed up to pick up and they said I never ordered it. They didn't offer to make me a cheese pizza and they just walked away. I had been going here for years. Terrible experience.
Had their pizza (melrose branch) for the 1st time tonight. I ordered the one with pepperoni, mushrooms, onions and sausage. Much to my surprise the pizza was not at all greasy. You'd think that with all the loaded meats topped on it would be drenched in oil. The pepperoni was perfectly cooked, with a nice crunch on the edges. The flavor was not too salty. Great pizza. I would highly recommend. Looking forward to trying the other items!
I have ordered twice in the last month. Both times when went to pick it up, they had made the wrong pizza. The first time they later delivered the correct one. Tonight I was told they couldn't get me a new one for 25 minutes nor could they deliver it. Iwas baffled by the whole experience and unfortunately won't be ordering from them again.
Ordered two Sicilian slices to-go and was told it would only be 5 minutes. Didn?t receive our order until 30 minutes later. Additionally, the pizzas were terrible ; no flavor and the cheese was half slidden off. Would not recommend.
Great food!! Ordered the calamari spinach and penne dinner- husband ordered the eggplant parm in a braided roll- brusheta was also great- loved every bite of it!
