We asked for a sal... read more Went for lunch June 6, 2026. I found it on the Michelin guide so had high expectations. Language barrier was difficult but we got through it. We asked for a salad and they don’t have that…only preparations with seafood. We got fish flavored croquetas and a sardine appetizer. We asked for gluten free bread and they had it! We got it and it was cold in the middle (they didn’t cook it long enough . We reserved paella with the reservation. Small kitchen needs notice I guess…. It is a Paella Valenciana with chicken, rabbit and snails. The chicken and snails were pretty good. The rabbit was overcooked and dry. I found a hair in a bite…so I was not happy. I told the server this and he wanted proof (where is the hair? . The restaurant has a minimum of 45 euros per person, so it is an expensive lunch. If you want to cancel same day it will cost you 25 euros per person. I understand that for a small business who needs to plan ahead to make a paella. The location is contained in a small community with no view but a nice outside s3eating area (bees were harrassing my wife who is allergic so we moved inside . Overall, the rabbit, the bread, and the hair made this a never again experience. Beware.

The online menu is in Spanish only and no waiter speaks any other language than Spanish. Prices for fish are not in the menu, one orders without knowing how much it costs. For the desert, one has to ask as it's not written anywhere. Waiters pay little attention to customers, they forgot my husband's main dish (never came with it nor were they apologetic about it) and we had to ask for the bill twice as they, again, forgot about it. How can this be a Michelin Bid Gourmand restaurant? We went to many BGM and always had a great experience...

The place is super nice and has a nice b... read more Location : Out of Valencia near Beach Meliana Service : Average Food : Spanish food This is a Michelin 2024 restaurant. The place is super nice and has a nice back garden with a lot of plants and a bit of animals. For service I only give 4stars . Because as a Michelin restaurant I expected high quality service . The staff served very quickly but the attitude was a bit cold . The food was very nice and tasty . Personally feel the pallea is a bit too salty. Ps : the have a metro station near by . But suggest by car they have a free parking place.

All around I describe this place as a must visit!!
