What Carrie Zulauf doesn't like about Waterside Oriental Bistro:
Food is good, tasty but just too small portion for Chinese food and prices. However, service is pretty nice, attentive, polite compare to another Chinese restaurant. Which is a plus. View all feedback. What Barbora Ježková likes about Waterside Oriental Bistro:
Waterside is a great choice for asian food in Docklands. Food is great with a healthy range. Choice of wines not so healthy. staff great. Many staff here have limited english. Indeed mandarin is the predominant language here, including with the customers. Waterside is often used by bus groups of chinese tourists. Best to avoid is a bus just arrives. View all feedback.

read moreThe restaurant offers good but small portions of Chinese food at high prices. However, the service is attentive and polite compared to other Chinese restaurants, which is a plus. On the other hand, some customers have complained about unfriendly service and poor-quality food. For those looking for a great Asian food option in Docklands, Waterside is recommended, with a healthy range of food options and friendly staff. However, it is noted that many employees have limited English proficiency and Mandarin is often used. Additionally, the restaurant is popular with Chinese tourist groups, so it may be best to avoid it during peak times. Customers have praised the personalized service at the restaurant, with the owners treating guests like family and accommodating special requests, making for an enjoyable dining experience. BYO wine is also available for those looking to save some extra money.
