For under $20 two of us got more food than we could finish. He has great fish and chips. Me a really good Hawaiian burger on Turkish bun. All good quality. Not greasy and huge servings. A few small tables inside and out of this fish and chip shop but everything is very very clean and fresh. Highly recommended. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Seafood Shak Fish & Chippery:
The chips here are not proper Straya chips, they are soggy poorly salted, tasteless and not to mention over priced. Their fish is quite old and smelly as well, it would be a good idea for this fish and chip shop to start making more of an attempt to regulate the oil temperature to keep things golden brown.Go somewhere better for your fish and chips. "The restaurant staff are quick and friendly, serving up delicious fish and chips. I enjoy having lunch and eating in the park. It's the perfect spot for a quick, fresh, and family-friendly meal."
We absolutely adore the fish and chips at this restaurant. The owners and service staff are wonderful people, and if we call ahead our takeout is ready within minutes. The establishment is clean and follows social distancing guidelines due to COVID-19. The food is hot and absolutely delicious, with minimal wait time.
The atmosphere inside the restaurant was immaculate and my fish fillet was cooked perfectly, served with a generous wedge of lemon. The portion size was generous, the fish was very fresh, and the price was very reasonable. The taste was excellent.
Chips are excellent, never greasy and the oil is regularly changed. fresh fish the most time, just select carefully.
