What Grant N likes about Teatro Southbank:
Stopped for lunch while waiting for more family to join us to check out the arts centre. Served by a very nice young lady who was chatty and cheerful. Lunch was ordered and served in a timely fashion and we also enjoyed a nice wine. Service very good and it was interesting to sit outside and watch the crowds going by. Very well presented restaurant View all feedback. What Tania d doesn't like about Teatro Southbank:
We were looking forward to this meal but the whole experience was very disappointing. We came in and ordered very early. We waited for over an hour for our mains and my colleague had to leave to go to the theatre which we had informed them of right upfront. Meantime lots of other patrons came in and got their meals well before us! When the food finally arrived it was of a very poor standard a whole fish totally full... View all feedback.

read moreThis Spanish-themed restaurant offers a mixed experience for diners. While some patrons have been left underwhelmed by dishes such as seafood pizza and tapas due to high prices and lackluster portions, others have enjoyed delicious meals like wood-fired pizza, lamb cutlets, and seafood pasta. The ambiance and location near the Arts Centre and State Theatre make it a popular choice for pre-show dining. The friendly staff, scenic views, and attentiveness of the management have received positive feedback, though some have noted occasional issues with service. Despite mixed reviews, the restaurant seems to be a decent choice for those looking for a pleasant dining experience with varied menu options.
