We arrived 7.15 pm to an empty restaurant, except for staff eating their dinner. We still had to wait to be seated. Only one other couple arrived during our stay. The food was over-priced, with not a great deal of choice. It seems most customers are theatre-goers. Script is a lovely place to go for a bite and chat with a friend before a show. The atrium is cheerful in colder months when you still need some natural light, but to be out of the weather. I retreat here for a coffee when I need to not be on campus for a little bit, and the staff are really friendly and kind.
We always head to Script before a show at the Southbank theatre and have never been disappointed yet. It can get really busy so booking in advance is essential. Nice food and quick service always so you will never miss your show.
