What User doesn't like about Saigon Desserts Footscray:
I usually come here to eat with my family and friends. but today I have a bad experience. I wait 45 minutes for my order. I always ask for my command, but the girl hasn't answered me. they always say 5 minutes wait, then 10 minutes. so hopeless from there customer services. I will never come back or recommend to anyone. The desserts at this restaurant are incredible. I have tried a variety of options and they are all delicious. The Vietnamese cuisine here is very authentic. I especially love their speciality dessert, che hut dac. I always make sure to stop by whenever I have the chance to visit Footscray. View all feedback.

The dessert selection is great, but the restaurant is quite cramped. Expect a long wait on weekends.

read moreSaigon Desserts offers a delightful array of authentic Vietnamese desserts, with many patrons raving about favorites like che hut dac and the Flan Special, which is large enough to share. However, a series of guest experiences highlight significant issues with service and wait times, sometimes exceeding 45 minutes. The small, stuffy environment detracts from the overall enjoyment, as does the lack of friendly staff interaction. While some desserts impress and evoke nostalgic memories, others, like the bitter che with durian, miss the mark. Overall, the restaurant shows potential but requires improvements in service and atmosphere.
