What Auguste Carpentier doesn't like about Po' Boy Quarter:
Pork poboy and fries. Fries were well over cooked. I don't mind a bit of crunch but seriously it came out brown. Pulled pork was so dry it felt like cotton wool in my mouth. I obviously got the last roll from the day before because the ends were crunchy it was so old and chewy to bite through. Coleslaw in the bun 3/5. Pickle 4/5. Let's not even mention how tiny the serving was for $18... Next time I'll stick to sparr... View all feedback. What Shany Toy likes about Po' Boy Quarter:
, I was able to order a few dishes to try. The food had a unique flavor that I had never experienced before. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, which added to the overall dining experience. I would definitely recommend trying this restaurant if you are looking to try something new and different.

read moreLocated just a short walk from Smith & Johnston streets, Po' Boy Quarter offers a mouth-watering menu of southern fried and slow-cooked favorites such as brisket Po Boys and fried chicken. While some reviewers had issues with overcooked fries and dry meat, others raved about the delicious food and outstanding service at a great price. The cocktails were hit or miss for some, but overall, the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was enjoyable. With a varied menu and unique dining experience, Po' Boy Quarter is a must-visit spot in Melbourne's bustling Smith street area.
