From... read more Happy belated Valentines Day! We were so excited to book at @makaninmelbourne , one of the hottest new restaurant openings in Melbourne in the last year!! From a raw kingfish with avocado mouse and spicy coriander sauce, to fried chicken ribs with the tastiest chilli sweet soy glaze (it was seriously amazing), grilled beef rib an incredible sambal sauce and the salmon grilled in a banana leaf, with jimbaran sauce, just to name some of the dishes we sampled. Accompanied by some incredible 70s/80s funk music, it ended up being an incredible night! We will definitely be back to try their famous Balinese pork hock, which was named one of the best dishes of 2019 by delicious!
