Was Anonym at Lorca a mag?
We have often visited Lorca, now called Eliana Lulu, for lunch over the years. The pizzas are consistently good - especially our fav, the Camembert and prosciutto combo. Perched overlooking the lane is a fun spot to sit, as you can still chat with your companion while people-watching. Great atmosphere. The coffee is equal to Melbourne's best. Also licensed. Defintely value for money. Can recommend. View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Lorca:
This café was conveniently located near our hotel, so we stopped by several mornings for our coffee (priced at $4-5), juice, and pastries. The breakfast menu offered all the typical items and the dishes served to other customers looked delicious. However, since breakfast was already included in our hotel rate, we did not end up dining here. View all feedback.

Wonderful place for a great value Melbourne breakfast with a touch of Spanish flavour. Chorizo cooked to perfection, scrambled eggs and coffee is right up there with the standard you would expect from a Melbourne venue. Great to sit inside or out and watch the world pass by. A little gem of a place.
Me and mum had breakfast here Sunday morning, great service, excellent coffee and our breakfast was so yummy! Such a cool atmosphere as well! Breakfast came out very quick as well
Brunch on a very busy Saturday morning. Café packed. Service was very prompt. Waitress was outstanding - friendly, welcoming, great attention. Extensive choice on breakfast menu. Food very good.
A quiet walk on a Sunday morning looking for somewhere to have breakfast.... well, the quietness didn't last long once we turned off Flinders Lane and into Center Place...... People were everywhere.... Every Café was buzzing and there was a real cosmopolitan feel that you expect in Melbourne and it was just perfect..then..... we sat down at Eliana Lulu café...... the waitress (or owner, still unsure exactly who she was) greeted and seated us and had attitude and was picking on everything I said........It was perfect..... she was sassy, fresh and brilliant in her attitude. brought a smile to the face of someone who is always sarcastic and I met my match......Oh... of course.... the food was great and served with a side dish of attitude which was completely welcomed.......I could tell she knew who she could be like this with and who she had to be more professional with. I'll be visiting again for a perfect cup of coffee...... great breakfast and hopefully some more back chatting :)
A quirky cafe in one of Melbourne's many lanes. We sat at a table outside. I had a vegetarian pasta and my friend had a roasted vegetable salad. The food and service were excellent. Definitely recommended!
