Probably the best pho I've tasted in Melbourne. Broth had heaps of flavour and was very well balanced. Beef was also nice and rare when served and serving size was very generous
We visited this small restaurant in December while we stayed in melbourne (by tassie) for christmas with our daughter her much missing family. we had a selection of smaller stock starters like the amazing chicken ribs that were perfectly cooked, fleshy moist, delicious. spring rolls with this fine type of net around her another that we did not try as a jerk put claim on her! we had pho as if we had not tasted since our last visit in hoi an. all Covid procedures were present, so felt very comfortable in this view. the personal was great. I hope it's not too long before we can return. also very favorable.
