Was Jane Denesik at Ba Sar a mag?
The food was delicious and the price was very reasonable. But the service was terrible. It took awhile to get served and it wasn't even flatout. The meals came out quick but they never came back to clear plates or refill water. View all feedback.

What Loyal Deckow dislikes about Ba Sar:
There isn't much positive to say about this place. The atmosphere is plain, the food is average, and it lacks the authentic aromas of Vietnamese cuisine. It's more of a takeout spot than a sit-down restaurant. The staff were friendly, which is a plus. This place is better suited for takeout rather than dining in. View all feedback.

I was extremely disappointed by the service and will not be returning to this restaurant. I used to be a happy regular customer, but my last delivery order was a letdown. I ordered multiple vegetarian and vegan dishes through their website, but one of them came with meat instead. When I called the restaurant to request a replacement or refund, the staff I spoke with refused to acknowledge their mistake. They insisted that their records showed I had ordered a meat dish and refused to provide any compensation. They even refused to look at my confirmation email showing that I had ordered a vegan dish. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Hello. I ordered a Vietnamese baguette with crispy chicken and specified that I did not want pate, only mayo, but all the typical fillings like carrots, cucumbers, cilantro, chili, etc. Instead, I received salad, cheese and tomato, which was quite surprising! I was very hungry and just ended up eating it, but otherwise I would have returned it for a refund. When I order a Vietnamese baguette, I expect it to have the standard ingredients, and I'm sure most people would feel the same way.

This is a local family restaurant that serves delicious authentic Vietnamese cuisine in a slightly quirky environment. The service was good, but the timing of our dishes was a bit inconsistent with some plates arriving several minutes after others. Despite this, the food was very tasty, especially the Vietnamese pancake which is highly recommended. We were informed that it would take 20 minutes for the pancake to be ready, and it arrived along with the pho and rice dishes. Overall, a well-founded restaurant with large portions of flavorful dishes.

This place is unpredictable. ba sar, (in Vietnamese-Bà Xã means "my favorite woman" was a great place to lunch after shopping through my other half at blue illusions. we split two rice paper rolls. I was cleaned and pork. it was fresh, but. I'd like more stuff. my wife was very happy with her grilled lemongras chicken. then followed a common salt and peppersquid, which was crispy and tender. delicious. service was good and we enjoyed the atmosphere.

Share 2 banh mi with a friend. We had the lemongrass chicken and a roast pork with crackling. (Extra $2) and they came with a pork and taro spring roll and chicken and sweet potato spring rolls. The spring rolls were ok but not overly...tasty. The two banh mi were quite good especially the pork one. I did add more sauce as I like mine to be more sauce but the overall flavour was good. The service was good and price wise average.
