What Thalia Pacocha likes about 1st Floor Restaurant & Bar:
Great for Lunch with different options. Very reasonable on the hip pocket and a great quiet location in the CBD. You may miss the entrance of this first floor location with lift access only. Very average spartan hotel restaurant. Food is tasty enough - had the soup for starter (very thin pumpkin soup) and chicken & mushroom linguini for main. Small glasses of soft drink (Diet Coke). Nice enough glass Pinot Noir. Restaurant itself was cold - could do with turning up the temp a few degrees. Service when you got it was reasonable.
