Food is decent, however the venue is incredibly disorganised and staff seem untrained. After 30 minutes of waiting I had to ask for my drinks before they were given to me.. I ordered RTDs! Also had to ask for water as wasn't offered any. Very disappointing. The phone number on google also doesn't work. It’s disappointing to write a negative review when we had such high hopes. Firstly I will say the 2 dishes we did actually eat were incredibly tasty especially the bao buns. However, the service, communication and wait times were seriously below par. It was a Friday night and there was 1 front of house and 1 chef working. We ordered 2 starters and 2 mains. Our starters took way over an hour to come out which was frustrating. We politely asked multiple times how long the food would be and each time we were told it was on its way it wasn’t. We waited a further half an hour after our starters were cleared and there were still no mains. We asked a final time and were told 5 minutes. After 5 minutes still no food so we paid for what we had eaten and left. Not a great experience, certainly lots to improve on. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Our favourite vegan restaurant in Melbourne! Fantastic variety and flavours, with something for every mood. Love that our family of varied food intolerances can all find something on the menu!

I have previously had a good experience at this restaurant, but this time I spent $30 on a lasagna that was inedibly salty. I would advise avoiding it. Additionally, the sticky date pudding was extremely dry and was served in a cardboard burger box along with its sauce for some reason. The cardboard had melted through and all the other food on the plate was sticky as well.
