First time trying Marcos today. My crew was roofing a home in their delivery range so I gave them a shot. I am very impressed!!! Sauce was flavorful and the toppings were very good and plentiful!!!!!The gal that took my order was very pleasant and mindful, delivery was right on time, driver was very friendly. What HotHeads Motorcycle Channel doesn't like about Marco's Pizza:
It's amazing the quality of service nowadays, you order an XL deluxe pizza and Cinnamon squares, and Marcos gives a large cheese and bread no Cinnamon no sugar no dip nothing just bread. Then when you call they blame it on DoorDash instead of taking ownership of their mistake. The receipt was correct for the order but the food in the boxes was not. Order was very late from the estimated time (over 30 min). Pizza was not hot. Was given 1 blue cheese instead of the two ranches ordered. I really don't like blue cheese. I probably wouldn't have written a poor review, if it was not for the blue cheese.
Great pizza. We always get the thin crust Supreme and are never disappointed.
Great food, excellent customer service and great atmosphere.
Called in, ordered a cheese pizza. They gave us an extra cheese and it was like they put 4 ounces of cheese on the pizza. When we called in to report it, spoke with GM Emmanuel, and he told us they don’t sell a regular cheese pizza.. and they can only do extra cheese. I told him I have placed a regular cheese order before and he told me he didn’t have the patience for this today and i was telling him how to do his job.
