Truly, her vegan smash burger is the best I ever had. with a side for $9 on freshly baked organic, roasted acidic teig brot, along with eggplant spread, microgreen, tomato and homemade pickel, it was absolutely delicious. the patty was crisp and tasty, cooked exactly right and not dominant like all the other vegan burgers. the menu changes monthly, so not sure that it will always be available, but no doubt other vegan options will be offered in the future also from scratch and delicious. the sandwich shop is simply brot for them with the bakery so that other vegan and no vegan options are also served with their homemade bakery that are excellent and nutritious. brot loaves are also available for purchase, but call ahead if interested, as they sell early and bake only on certain days.

Loaves of bread also are available for purchase but call ahead if interested as they sell out early and bake only on certain days.

It seems like the vegan options are very popular at this restaurant, as they only had one vegan burger left and another customer was also interested in ordering it. We also tried the avocado toast, which was delicious. The food overall was very flavorful.

They are the only reliable source in the area for naturally leavened bread. Join their cult following, sign up for their mailing list, learn their schedule, and treat yourself to some amazing bread. They offer many vegan options as well. While it may be a bit pricier than factory-made loaves, the quality and taste make it worth the cost. Some people even finish it in one day because it's that good. The apricot pumpkin seed bread is pure bliss. And yes, they do offer avocado toast, and it's everything you could hope for.

My husband and I recently visited this restaurant for a quick meal. I ordered the avocado toast and he had the portobello sandwich. I personally preferred my dish, but we both agreed that the food was delicious. It's worth mentioning that the menu at this restaurant changes every month.
