Firehouse Subs - Melbourne

I tried the new prime rib sub at this restaurant and it was awful. The bread was stale and the prime rib had no flavor. I was disappointed that the sub didn't taste fresh and ended up throwing it away. I will stick with a different Firehouse location next time.

Great parts! Many decisions. The Mac and the cheese are also wonderful! Service is great! Always welcome when you come to the door! I can't get enough!

We are in love with their subs, but even more in love with their five cheese makkaroni and cheese! they are the best we have ever eaten, they beat popeyes mac and cheese

I went in to pick up a redo for an office that placed a to go ordedr about a week prior. The gentleman manager was helpful, kind gave no issues to remake sandwich they messed up on. Husband I ordered prime rib chicken subs with soups brownies sat down. When they were ready the young girl with entirely too much makeup on, yells across the room , Yours is ready! And she puts two bags on the counter. I walk over grab the two bags bring them back to the table and begin unpacking them. As I 'm taking a sandwich out of the bag she yells, Did you take that bag up?! I was stunned... Didnt know what to say... What was the Uber eats order you took?! Embarrassed, I apologized told her I was sorry didnt mean to. She gave me looks of disgust! The manager came over and took the bag and GAVE IT TO THE U ER DRIVER! NO ONE ASKED IF I TOUCHED IT OR ANYTHING! Hr was very sweet, but still... If I knew that they had done that with my food I would NEVER order from them again!

Placed an order through their app at 7:30 and selected the pickup time to be 8:50, ten mins before close. Boyfriend went in at about 8:40 and was told that they didn’t get the order at all and there was nothing they could do. Didn’t offer any help, so my bf calls me and Explains the situation, I pulled up the order on my phone, screenshotted it, and sent it to him to show them. Again, this was apparently no help. Logan the worker then said he can put our names down and have the order made tomorrow. After waiting twenty minutes, sending screenshots, and going through this trouble I asked why my food couldn’t be made then, the response my boyfriend got? Because we already cleaned and it’s ten minutes til close. I get some people walk in last minute but this was an order I made in advance. My boyfriend felt uncomfortable and left so I called and asked, if a customer were to walk in would you refuse to serve them? Logan said he would serve them, so I asked why would you not serve me? Said it was because the order didn’t show up and he doesn’t know if I paid. I said that makes no sense because you just said you would put our names down and have it made tomorrow!! This is where he cut me off and said the managers name is Melly you can just call her tomorrow. I frequent firehouse as I live right across the street from this location but after this experience I think I’ll stick to jimmy johns right next door instead. Much better service!!
