The food was delicious, the restaurant is gorgeous, and the staff and service was so incredible!

I must mention that I would typically not cri... read more Ember Oak was a pleasant dining experience. This was my third visit to the restaurant, so I had high expectations. I must mention that I would typically not critique a chain restaurant as harshly as I would a high-end establishment like Ember Oak, given its popularity in the area. While the menu was not extensive, the meat was cooked exceptionally well. Unlike other steakhouses that offer a variety of seafood options, Ember Oak only serves Florida Red Snapper from the sea. I opted for this dish and found it to be good, though not exceptional. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed with the mashed potatoes and the bread served with my husband's meal. The mashed potatoes seemed average and tasted more like they were from a box than made with real potatoes. The bread lacked salt, and the famous french fries were overly salty and overcooked. The server was friendly and provided excellent customer service. However, two factors prevented me from giving a perfect rating. Firstly, the dishes were brought out separately, causing some items to get cold before I could start eating. Secondly, the service was slow, despite the restaurant not being at full capacity. The presentation of drinks and desserts was impressive, and I opted for the Molten Chocolate Cake, knowing it would take 20 minutes to prepare. The ambiance was delightful, with a live violin player and singer providing entertainment.

We loved it, the food came out hot and at a good timely manner. Or sever was amazing as well alway's on top of it checking on us. I would differently recommend this place to our friends and family.
