The line was long, and when they finally opened, the customer service was disappointing and quite rude. To make matters worse, they were out of stock on many items. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and I'm not pleased.

Even when it's busy, I’ve seen e... read more This is the worst Dunkin' I've ever been to. The food and other items don't have expiration dates, and the staff is unfriendly. Even when it's busy, I’ve seen employees sitting around on their phones. I've witnessed hash browns being dropped and then served, and there were flies near the donuts. I've also noticed staff eating donuts directly from the shelf.

It rarely opens on time; it’s supposed to open at 5 AM, but instead, it opens whenever the staff feel like it. Flights board at 5:20 AM, yet they often open at 5:15 or even 5:20. Why not open at 4:30 AM so everyone can grab something from the menu before their flight? I guess that would make too much sense. Even now, they still can’t manage to open at 5 AM. If I were in charge, I would have to consider replacing my morning staff if they can’t get it together.
