What Derrick H doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
I ordered two items, and unfortunately, both arrived cold and poorly packaged, despite having paid for express delivery. The chips were drenched in so much salt that I feel like I might have high blood pressure from just one! Out of the batch, there were only 4-5 decent chips and around 30-35 stale ones. This place is actually crazy. I've never been here, and I didn't have them out of something. the first time it was tortillas. the second time it was dripping and salate. I tried to boycott a dae and go to the palm bay street, but they are often also out of stock. it's blown. I'm here now and they're out of chips. this place is a disaster
Worst Chipotle ever there portions of meat is ridiculous ordered 4 soft tacos with light sour cream and jus meat gave me 2 strips of meat and a big spoon of sour cream they need adult supervision no one in there knows what they doing at alll and food looks old they need all new employees period that manager lady is a JERK....
I'm not sure why this location is so poorly managed. But, like much of the other 1 star reviews on here, my order is seldom ready within 15-20 mins of when it is supposed to be. I ordered at 4:45 and the app claimed my order would be ready by 4:50(ya, right. didn't expect that). So, I showed up at 5:00 and There were about 6 people in line and I could see 4-5 tickets laying at the end of the counter(obviously mobile orders). But, instead of weaving these orders in with the normal customers they are simply ignored until someone shows up to get their food. The manager was clearing tables, seemed like a post-rush situation. She asked my name after noticing me sitting there for about 10 mins. She walked back and saw my ticket had been laying there for 25 mins and scolded one of the employees for not doing their job. She then made my order. It was lacking my double portions of meat. Basically you shouldn't order double meat on mobile, you will get the same amount with 1/2 and 1/2. So, felt like that was a waste of 5$. This situation is what I run into almost every time at this location. I probably won't order from this location anymore. Might try the Palm Bay Rd location and see if they can do their job correctly. Being someone who worked in a restaurant for over 6 years, it is really irritating to see the lack of care that some employees have.
I generally never give reviews (especially bad ones) but I’ve been to this chipotle many times and every time I have a bad experience. I really need to stop going back. When you walk in they always say they are out of 1 or two things but as you go down the line they are out of like 5+ items… today they didn’t even have forks. There are several other complaints I have with this location but I really don’t want to trash them too bad, just I highly recommend going to the chipotle on the other side of town if you’re going to go.
What happened to this location? Today there was no grilled veggies, they only had large cups, they didn 't make Tea today , and the Coke button shot out only water. Last time my online order was 30 minutes late. I got to sit and watch at least 30 people go come in and go through the line while I waited.
