The location is excellent, they offer a wide variety of products in the store, and the staff is consistently friendly! I don't understand the few negative reviews, as I've never encountered any issues during the many years I've been coming here. The employees have always been pleasant, and I enjoy chatting with them. This is definitely my favorite stop!

He noticed that I was just a dollar and some change short and generously offered to cover it, encouraging me to pay it forward in the future. The family that runs the business is delightful; they are simply striving to achieve the American dream while supporting their children's education. Though there are a few minor imperfections, they are not significant enough to prevent me from coming back. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area who wants the essentials without the hassle of going to Kroger.

In... read more I hesitated to stop here, but I didn't have many options since the only other gas station near the 275 ramp was extremely busy with long lines at the pumps. In a rush to get on 275 towards Hebron, I reluctantly filled up just enough to reach my destination, though I opted not to fill my tank completely at this location. It felt like the gas burned quicker than at other stations, which is troubling considering the price—I expect better quality for what I pay. The male cashier was rude and took his time, which resulted in a line stretching all the way back to the beverage section. I really dislike spending my money at places that treat customers as if they are an inconvenience. On top of that, the awning and pumps looked outdated, and the concrete under the pumps was in poor condition. While the gas prices were average for a station, the overall experience left much to be desired.

The main issue, however, lies with the staff and management. The cashiers are anything but friendly; they barely speak and often neglect to offer a simple ‘thank you’ after a transaction. Meeting the management is an experience in itself, as they come across as rude and condescending to customers. Watching them interact is quite the spectacle. I witnessed one manager yell at a customer for accidentally dropping a gallon of milk and being rude to him while he tried to clean it up. He even cursed at the man as he left the store. It’s disheartening to see cashiers complaining about their managers to other waiting customers. With many alternatives for gas stations along Beechmont Ave and in the surrounding area, I strongly recommend avoiding this BP. It’s unfortunate to see such poor management, and I hope that new leadership can take charge and restore this business’s reputation in the community.
