What User doesn't like about Müller Restaurants:
for us the gastronomy was filled with tables. some tourist were there, and yet it seemed very loud to us. that do not eat from other mesner restaurants, but the price probably here is the most expensive mesner beer. the operation was okay, sometimes a little slow. the first address at the place is not a case, a pity. After 10 minutes, no operation is still waiting, although the operation is running back and forth. it will only take care of the terrace.
After 10 minutes, no operation is waiting yet, although operation runs back and forth. Customership is simply ignored. It is only supervised by the terrace.
For us the guest room was filled with tables. Some tourists were there, and yet it seemed very loud to us. The food did not take from the other Meißner restaurants, but the price is probably here the most expensive Meißner beer. The operation was okay, sometimes a little slow. The first address at the place is definitely not a pity.
And was someone in Meissen in the pub night?? I would be interested in how other “Kneipenbummlers” have experienced. In a hanging up or in spite of cold from one to the other and warms up from the inside. Raben Keller was full again. And it was funny too. In the rat cellar we took a little bit. For example, we are a little beaten in a backyard Burgstraße. Let's see how others liked it.
Although this evaluation is already over two years old, I want to get rid of it here. It may be, however, that it no longer applies. I have also read two very critical reviews, unfortunately even more current data. But still, I'll try. In April 1960, 50 years ago, there was a wedding dinner of a Saxon bridal couple, here in the rat cellar of Meissen. I was there at that time, but I had not seen the light of the world yet, so I can't really remember it. On the day of his “Golden” the then bridal couple was back. There was a congratulation in the State Office of the City Hall. But now to the Ratskeller: The food was good. When I read the other posts, I must say that there have been some changes to the positive. The Dutch sauce to the asparagus was not homemade. I tasted it right away. When I addressed the waiter to the sauce, he told me that this sauce is delivered. Perhaps this can no longer be the current chefs. The production is also very expensive, the "sulberry" (egg and egg yolk and then the blow itself, then a reduction must also be prepared for spices... But the sauce was the only manko today. The map offered a plentiful selection, especially German cuisine and Saxon specialities, such as the Saxon Sauerbraten or Quarkkeulchen. We could even have eaten the same dish as it was for the wedding only 50 years ago the day. I was very happy with the service, but there was no disturbing presence, neither too serious nor too funny. I think the staff likes to work here, so at least I have. I can recommend this place with a calm conscience. But of Meissen has more to offer than the Ratskeller or the Town Hall. For those interested, I can also recommend this, some other bites. Also the page of tourist information Meissen is very informative.
