When I addressed the waiter to the sauce, he told me that this sauce is delivered. Perhaps this can no longer be the current chefs. The production is also very expensive, the "sulberry" (egg and egg yolk and then the blow itself, then a reduction must also be prepared for spices... But the sauce was the only manko today. The map offered a plentiful selection, especially German cuisine and Saxon specialities, such as the Saxon Sauerbraten or Quarkkeulchen. We could even have eaten the same dish as it was for the wedding only 50 years ago the day. I was very happy with the service, but there was no disturbing presence, neither too serious nor too funny. I think the staff likes to work here, so at least I have. I can recommend this place with a calm conscience. But of Meissen has more to offer than the Ratskeller or the Town Hall.
